National

ADA Information Center offers information to employers regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act. They offer informational documents, training materials, referral resources and technical assistance. ADA Information Center is maintained by the Rocky Mountain Disability and Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC), which is funded by the U.S. Department of Education's National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR).

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ensures equality of opportunity by vigorously enforcing federal legislation prohibiting discrimination in employment. The website offers resources for employees that include Federal laws prohibiting job discrimination and how to file a charge of discrimination. Information for employers includes small business information, training, mediation opportunities for disputes and more. There is general information about the EEOC, laws and regulations, and the Federal sector, enforcement statistics and litigation. Information surrounding technical assistance and training programs is also provided.
