Apply for a Computer Grant


The New Horizons Un-Limited Computer Grant Program is open to Wisconsin residents with disabilities. While our immediate service area is the greater Milwaukee area, we have served individuals outside of this area on a case by case basis.

If you live in a state other than Wisconsin, check out the Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher Online Directory for an organization that may offer a similar program in your area.

At this time we are only accepting applications via mail.

Please download and print our 2009-2010 Computer Grant Application.

Please be certain to review the application thoroughly and complete it entirely before submitting it for review.

Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis. We would like to note that the application process is competitive and not all applicant's will be approved. We will contact you via mail to notify you of your application's approval or denial.
