Arizona Center for Disability Law is a non-profit public interest law firm, dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals with a wide range of physical, mental, psychiatric, sensory, and cognitive disabilities. New Sign Center for Arkansas Legal Services provides free legal assistance to low income individuals in civil (non-criminal) cases. To use their services, one must meet their financial eligibility requirements and one's legal problem must fall within their case priorities. Cases may include public benefits such as SSI, Social Security Disability, Food Stamps and Medicaid as well as housing issues, among others. California

New Sign Central California Legal Services (CCLS) is a non-profit law firm, providing free legal assistance to low income families and individuals in Fresno, Kings, Mariposa, Merced, Tulare, and Tuolumne counties. Services range from advice-only to full representation in civil matters. They accept cases on the following issues: Social Security / SSI Disability, Medi-Cal, landlord tenant disputes, employment, public benefits denial, and health care access, among others. Illinois

New Sign Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago, serving low-income Cook County residents, provides advice to individuals on their legal rights; negotiates settlements on behalf of clients; and represents clients in court in individual cases. They offer a number of specialized programs, including the Disability Law Project, which represents adults with physical or mental disabilities that have had their civil rights violated or have faced barriers to employment. They also offer a public benefits hotline. This is not an "advice only" hotline, rahter their staff actively advocates for clients with caseworkers. New Sign Michigan Legal Assistance Network (MLAN) is an online guide to free civil legal services for low-income persons and seniors in Michigan. Here you can locate information on all of the free legal aid programs in Michigan including basic eligibility and contact information. New Hampshire

New Sign New Hampshire Legal Assistance is a non-profit law firm offering free legal services to seniors and eligible low-income persons. They handle legal matters involving health care, public and private housing issues, food stamps, welfare, unemployment compensation, utility shut-off and nursing home problems. They also offer the Disability Advocacy Project, representing persons applying for federal and state disability benefits such as Social Security, SSDI, SSI and Aid to the Permanently and Totally Disabled (APTD). New Mexico

Disability Advocacy Clinic (DAC) is a professional company of disability advocates (paralegal-legal assistants) who provide Social Security/SSI disability services, without attorney supervision, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They are non - attorney representatives in SSI and Social Security disability cases. They represent disabled people before the Social Security Administration (SSA) and have accepted cases in New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, and Arizona. Wisconsin

New Sign Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc., serving an 11-county area in Southeastern Wisconsin, is the largest staff-based provider of civil legal services for low-income Wisconsin persons. Their priorities are based on the most crucial needs of their clients — safe and affordable housing, adequate income and nutrition, and access to health care, among others. Income limits do apply. New Sign Legal Services of Northeastern Wisconsin, serving Brown, Calumet, Fond du Lac, Green Bay, Green Lake, Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marquette, Outagamie, Oshkosh, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Washington, Waushara and Winnebago counties, offers free legal assistance to eligible low-income persons. Services are limited based on available funding and volunteer resources.
