Independent Living: Transitioning Programs

Transitional Living Services, Inc. (TLS), serving Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine and Waukesha counties, provides an array of programs and services designed to assist consumers with persistent mental illness in their recovery. More specifically, TLS offers an outpatient medical clinic, residential services, disability benefits counseling, and community support services such as advocacy, case planning, medication management, life skills training, prevocational training, and money management.
