April 2004 - Survey on Exercise and Disability

The Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center on Recreational Technology at the University of Illinois at Chicago is conducting a National Users with Disabilities Group on Exercise needs survey. The purpose of this survey is to determine your recreational needs and interests. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All information provided will be confidential.
