Connecticut

Twin Haven, Inc. is a non-profit organization, which provides "efficient, effective and aesthetically appealing housing for the disabled, elderly and handicapped." Applicants must be 62 years of age or older or an adult with a disability. Minnesota

Accessible Space, Inc. offers qualified disabled applicants with accessible and affordable housing. This program is subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Housing offered includes apartment buildings, cooperative homes, and adult foster homes in the Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota area.


New Jersey

New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency offers a great deal of information on a variety of housing options. More specifically, they offer information on assisted living, rental housing and home ownership. They also offer information on programs available to residents with disabilities as well as a number of financial assistance programs. For more information, call (609) 278-7400.


Wisconsin

Movin' Out, Inc. is a non-profit community development housing organization based in Madison, Wisconsin. They assist low to moderate income individuals with disabilities obtain housing. Housing is affordable, accessible, and located within local communities. For more information call (608) 251-5565.
