Film Festival, scheduled for the last weekend of January, Friday the 29th through Sunday the 31st at Madcap Theatres, 730 South Mill Ave in Tempe, Arizona, will feature films from across the country that focus on the abilities of people with disabilities. The festival is designed "to engage the greater community in tough conversations about how our culture and community view disabilities and people who have them by bringing them together across a shared interest: film...It begins a conversation about moving past old ways of thinking about abilities, gifts, and talents. And it begins a new chapter in the story Arizona will tell about its place in transforming the lives of people "with disabilities".
