About Career Planning offers a great amount of information on many issues relating to employment preparation. This website offers career exploration tools, self-assessment tools, resume writing tips, information on training and education and much more. They also feature an article entitled "Working with a Disability," among other helpful tools to assist people with disabilities in preparing for and obtaining employment.

America's Career InfoNet is an online resource that "helps people make better, more informed career decisions." This site provides information on typical wages and employment trends across occupations and industries, allows visitors to check education, knowledge, skill and ability requirements for most occupations, offers a search for employer contact information nationwide, and provides an expansive directory of career-related resources.

Epilepsy Foundation offers their Career Support Center, a free informational online tool that assists individuals find employment. The center offers a job preparation guide, a guide to job search sites and employment resources, a discussion area as well as information on One-Stop Career Centers and Vocational Rehabilitation Offices near you.

JobFactory.com offers a number of excellent resources for jobseekers. Their website features links to thousands of employment sites, hotlines and newspaper listings. They also offer an opportunity to post resumes for employer review. An additional feature is a category that offers employment resource links for individuals with disabilities. National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth offers much information to families of youth with disabilities. This website provides information about laws that protect you, information about services and programs that can assist you, information to build your self-advocacy skills, information about how you can get involved, and a list of many helpful resources that can guide you toward employment opportunities.

O Net Online "makes occupational information interactive and accessible" to individuals with disabilities. The website offers an opportunity to explore occupations of interest and to match an individual's skills with those occupations that use them most. The site also offers numerous links to other disability-related organizations.

New Sign Sample Resume Writing offers tips and guides to developing a resume that will increase your chances of getting an interview. Resume Writing services are also available for a fee.

New Sign The Work Site offered by Social Security Online promotes the employment of Social Security beneficiaries with disabilities. This site offers information on programs and services that can help you return to or enter the workforce. They offer information on state initiatives, activities, and programs.
