The institute provides research, technical assistance, training, scholarly reports, and training publications to support the contributions of people with disabilities and ensure their full inclusion in their communities. One such training program, ediONLINE offers online Professional Development Courses and Certificate Programs in Disability, Workplace & Employment Support Practice.

DisABLEDperson.com and its state of the art online recruitment application, RecruitABILITY is a non-profit organization commited to providing an online, targeted recruiting site that effectively connects proactive employers with job seekers with disabilities. They offer their service free of charge to all federal, state, local, public and private agencies that deal with employment of disabled Americans. This is now TOTALLY FREE to both individuals and corporations. You can now do Resume Posting, Job Posting and Resume Search all FREE! This web site is nationally based reaching all 50 of the United States and its territories. It can hold 2 million job posts and 5 million resumes at any given time making it virtually limitless. The site also includes helpful information for employers, job seekers and agencies.

Work Support is a very comprehensive resource offering information and resources to employers in search of qualified employees with disabilities. Specifically, they offer information on disability management, workforce diversity and training, accommodations, and disability laws and policies relating to employment.
