New sign Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs offers a Disability Participation Loan Program which provides financial assistance through a Development Corporation to provide financing to small businesses that provide jobs to workers in the region served by the Development Corporation. Participants may not exceed 50 percent of the project subject or a maximum of $50,000. For information call (217)782-3891 or (312) 814-2308.
