Employment


One of the most frustrating tasks faced by most adults with disabilities is finding adequate employment. One must work with business and labor to be aware of adaptations to the work environment for successful employment. Finding successful employment may also involve other considerations such as relocation and transportation.

Remember how hard you worked to gain your skills. Now you must fight at least twice as hard to receive your rights to employment. No one will work hard for you, if you do not. There are many resources available for you to understand your rights, finding solutions for job accommodation and the employability of people with disabilities. There are also many resources or organizations that can help you fine-tune your skills and help you find your perfect job. Use them in your fight to find employment.
