National

New Sign CFIDS Association of America is the nation's leading charitable organization dedicated to conquering chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS), also known as chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). The Association works to increase CFIDS research, achieve public policy victories for people with CFIDS, and focus mainstream attention on this serious public health concern. Their site offers a number of helpful resources for those with CFIDS, including support group information, local event information and much more.

Wisconsin

New Sign Wisconsin Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Association, Inc. serves as a clearinghouse for CFS information within the state of Wisconsin to assist patients and their families; to encourage communication among agencies, institutions and concerned individuals; and to promote research on the cause, cure and ultimate prevention of chronic fatigue syndrome. Their website features helpful articles and resources, a listing of local support groups and an online forum.
