Great Lakes States Region

Mobile Doctors specializes in managing and consulting with physician practices that make house calls. At this time, they are serving three Great Lakes area states including, Illinois, Michigan, and Indiana. While they have 50 physicians on staff, you may indeed stay with your current physician. In which case, Mobile Doctors will consult with your doctor so to coordinate your care at home. Check your insurance plan to see if you are covered for home visits. New England States Region

New Sign MedStar Health Visiting Nurse Association has provided home care services for 100 years, serving Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. MedStar Health VNA provides skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, social work and personal care services, delivered through a schedule of intermittent visits under your physician’s direction. They also offer private duty nursing, pharmacy and infusion services, respiratory services and a wide selction of medical equipment and supplies. For more information, call (877) 931-3100.

Indiana

The Visiting Nurse Association of Porter County is a non-profit home health agency licensed by the state of Indiana and certified as a Medicare provider. A broad spectrum of in-home health and social services are offered to recovering, disabled and chronically ill individuals. Some of the services offered include nursing, home health aides, social services, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and nutritional counseling. New Jersey

Visiting Health Service of Morris County New Jersey (VHSMC) is a non-profit organization that provides in-home health care, adult day care, respite services, skilled nursing and grocery shopping assistance for individuals with disabilities. The State of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety licenses VHSMC as a Health Care Service Firm.
