National

New Sign Planned Lifetime Assistance Network (PLAN) is the only non-profit organization in America dedicated solely to meeting the planning needs of families with adult children having lifelong disabilities. There are 26 PLAN affiliates in 21 states. PLAN programs have partnerships with the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, ARC, the Mental Health Association and UCP as well as the John Kitchen Special Needs Center.
