New Horizons Un-Limited Inc.ABLEDATA is a national database of assistive technology and rehabilitation equipment for children and adults with physical, sensory, and cognitive disabilities. Listing more than 24,000 products from nearly 3,000 companies, the database is funded under a contract with the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR), U.S. Department of Education. Updated almost daily, the database offers product listings under 18 major headings and includes high-tech, low-tech, and "no-tech" products, as well as do-it-yourself entries. Product listings encompass everything from adaptive clothing and white canes to computer hardware and software to powered wheelchairs to stair lifts and grab bars.
Assistive Technology On-Line is a database of information pertaining to assistive technology. There is information on assistive technology devices, services, terms, government policy, federally funded programs, research, organizations, publications, education, training and funding. Assistive Technology On-Line has information on the different types of technology as well. This site is a great page for anyone who would like to know more about assistive technology and devices and the different aspects that surround it.

EASI: Equal Access to Software and Information is "part of the Teaching, Learning and Technology Group, an affiliate of the American Association for Higher Education. A vast resource to the education community by providing information and guidance in the area of access to information technologies for individuals with disabilities."Information on adaptive resources, accessible libraries and how to access them on-line, science and math courses and careers are just some of the resources available.
